Who We Are

Our goal is to partner with parents to raise kids who love Jesus.

The Family Ministry here at The Cove is dedicated to creating environments where infants through high schoolers can grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to work together with you, the parents, to bring your children to know Christ as their Savior.

Your First Visit

Here’s what to expect when visiting Swiss Cove for the first time:

First, find the area marked as the Connecting Point. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child’s name
  • Child’s birthdate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Pre-Register: You can skip the line on Sunday by pre-registering your kids for Kid’z Cove! Simply click the button below and fill out the form. We’ll have your tags ready for you when you arrive! We can’t wait to meet you.

How Check-In Works

Before Service: You can check-in your child at any available kiosk. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

Cry Room

We offer childcare during service for infants. But we also have a Cry Room that is available for mothers and fathers with infants. This room is reserved exclusively for parents with infants to enjoy the service in a more private and quiet environment.

Every Age & Stage

Adventure Cove

Birth – 5 Years: In the Adventure Cove, toddlers and preschools are taught through activities designed to show them about God. Our Adventure Cove has two classes during both our 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. service. They are split between birth through 1 year olds (Nursery Room) and our 2 through 5 year olds (preschool room). The activities your child will enjoy are designed specifically for their age group!

Kid’z Cove

Kindergarten – 5th Grade: In Kid’z Cove we teach kids about what it means to be a Christian. During our 9 a.m. service we offer small groups. Small group classes consist of 8-10 children and two teachers where they will learn about God through intentional small group activities. During our 10:30am service we offer Kid’z Worship. Children participate in worship songs, an interactive Bible lesson, and a time of communion and offering. This is followed by a time of small groups
