Our purpose and vision is to see every teen growing in a relationship with Christ by… creating environments in which teens will drive for closeness with God, connections with other Christians, and influence with their friends.

We are dedicated to...
Being REAL... with our faith, each other, our joy, and our struggles
Being RELEVANT... to our student’s lives, to our community, and the world
Being RELATIONAL... as we live life with our students sharing in their triumphs and losses
THE EDGE
The Philosophy: Jesus fed the 5000 (Matt 14:13-21), those looking to follow him as well as those there simply to observe him and see what he was all about. At the Edge we will aim to provide a time for all, Christian and non, to come and observe what we are all about and connect with one another.
The Fit: The Edge happens throughout the year on various days at various times. It is our goal to plan Edge events to coincide with cultural happenings, such as school ending and beginning, and holidays because of the natural nature of celebration at those times. Normally the Edge takes place on either Wednesday nights taking the place of our regular Way meeting, or Saturday nights with the intention of students inviting their friends to the Edge and then having them sleep over at their house, and then come to church with them the next morning.
The Vibe: The Edge is a welcome non threatening place for churched and unchurched students to come and connect together, without making any commitments. Building relationships is the first step in ministry, therefore at the Edge, the primary focus is building relationships while the secondary focus is sharing the gospel.
THE WAY
The Philosophy: Jesus had many followers, the 70 whom he sent out (Luke 10:1) and the 120 (Acts 1:15) are two examples. These groups consisted of believers, young and old, new to the faith and mature believers, all were welcome. At the Way we will aim to provide a time of worship and a time of teaching for all Christian students, with an environment inviting to their unchurched friends.
The Fit: The Way meets each week Wednesdays from 6:30-8:45pm for 7th-12th grade students, and then Sunday mornings at 10:10 for Jr. High students. Our goal is provide an experience for students to encounter God and be challenged in their faith.
The Vibe: The Way is a program for Christian students but always keeps their unchurched friends in mind, therefore it is a welcome and warm environment. It is our first level program for students and is appropriate for new Christians, mature Christian, or their non Christian friends. The primary focus is passionate teaching of the word and worship. Our goal is to simply get students to return time after time.
THE LIFE
The Philosophy: Jesus had the 12 apostles whom he discipled and lived life with for three years, teaching and preparing them for the future. At the Life we will aim to connect students with caring adults who will pour their lives into students, teaching them and modeling for them what a Christian adult looks like, and living life together. The Fit: The Life meets each week as an element of The Way. Even though Life groups have a weekly organized meeting, Life group leaders also make it a priority to have weekly contact with their students through phone or email, as well as plan monthly times for the group to get together and spend time with one another. It may be a simple lunch or an afternoon of putt putt golf, each group is unique depending on the interests of the students in the group.
The Vibe: At the Life our goal is to provide a place for students to feel safe and belong. It is our main discipleship program. Our primary focus is to build relationships within a closed small group in which the makeup of the group is protected, and provide accountability for students as they stumble through adolescence. Students are grouped together by age and gender, and trust is provided by only allowing friends of students to join their group, and not allowing visitors to break the sanctity of the group until they are willing to make a commitment to consistent attendance.
THE TRUTH
The Philosophy: Even among the 12 Jesus had three apostles that he put more trust and responsibility in: Peter, James, and John. At the Truth we will aim to instill a deeper sense of responsibility and a servant heart within our students by teaching them to be laborers for Christ. The Fit: The Truth is our student service program in which we strive to plug our students into a weekly service opportunity at the church. Our goal is to amplify the call of ministry through personal service.
The Vibe: At the Truth our goal is to provide a place for Christian students to learn leadership principles and put them into practice through weekly service and occasional service projects. Our primary focus is to build into students a servant’s heart that will last their lifetime. We want service to be a part of the DNA of who are students are.
THE CALL
The Philosophy: Jesus mentored Peter more so than any of the other apostles. Peter was the one Jesus said he would build his church upon (Matt 16:18). At the Call we understand that there are some students who may be called into vocational ministry. We want to recognize these students and mentor them allow them to see into the day to ay life of ministry. The Fit: While many students will demonstrate leadership ability and will grow into mature Christian adult leaders in the church, some students may feel a call from God to enter into vocational ministry. Students recognized with this calling will be invited into a mentoring relationship with a minister to experience and learn what a life called to vocational ministry looks like and how it plays out in day to day life.
The Vibe: Due to the nature of this program and it’s invitation only status, it is difficult to describe what this program will look like. The primary focus is to simply nurture the call of God toward some students and provide guidance for them as they move towards a great, special, and equally difficult path of life.
